This Policy outlines Our practices regarding data privacy, rights granted to Us, and compliance with applicable legal frameworks.

Continued use of the App following any updates constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Policy.

2.2 User-Generated Content (UGC)
We collect, process, and store the content You upload, publish, or transmit via Reel Bharat, including:

* Public comments, ratings, reviews, likes, shares, and chat interactions with other Users.
2.3 Device & Usage Information (Automatically Collected)
To ensure optimal performance and security, We automatically collect:
* Device Identifiers: Device model, hardware model, IMEI, Android ID, Advertising ID (GAID), and Unique Device Identifiers (UDID).
* Technical Data: Operating system version, language preferences, IP address, network carrier, browser type, and app performance metrics.
* Usage & Log Data: Feature usage duration, video view logs, clickstream data, search queries, crash logs, and diagnostic reports.
2.4 Location Information
Subject to Your explicit permission, We collect precise or approximate location data (via GPS, Wi-Fi, or cell towers) for:

* Enhancing search relevance based on geographic proximity.

To enable core features of the App, Reel Bharat may request access to specific permissions on Your mobile device:

Reel Bharat integrates third-party and proprietary Artificial Intelligence ("AI") tools to assist Users in generating promotional content, scripts, captions, hashtags, subtitles, voiceovers, and visual enhancements.
4.1 Usage of AI Tools
By using AI-assisted features on Reel Bharat, You acknowledge and agree that:
* User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated text, audio, and visual outputs before publishing them on the Platform.
* No Guarantee of Accuracy: RP Solution LLP does not warrant or guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, original, error-free, non-infringing, or fit for any particular commercial purpose.
* No Intellectual Property Guarantees: We do not guarantee that AI-generated content can be protected under copyright or intellectual property laws.
* Third-Party Processing: Prompts or inputs provided to AI tools may be processed by third-party AI sub-processors adhering to strict privacy standards.
5.1 Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights and intellectual property in the original content You create, upload, or publish on Reel Bharat.
5.2 Worldwide Licence Granted to RP Solution LLP
By uploading, posting, or distributing content on or through Reel Bharat, You grant RP Solution LLP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, and irrevocable licence to:
* Host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, reformat, aggregate, publish, translate, display, and perform such content globally.
* Distribute, stream, promote, advertise, and syndicate Your content across any media formats and through any media channels (including third-party platforms and marketing campaigns).
* Generate thumbnails, previews, transcripts, and metadata from Your content to optimize searchability and platform functionality.
This licence shall survive account deletion or termination of services solely to the extent necessary for archival, legal compliance, backup, fraud prevention, and content already shared or distributed by other Users.
RP Solution LLP operates Reel Bharat purely as an online platform and technology intermediary connecting creators, buyers, sellers, service providers, and advertisers.
* No Verification or Endorsement: RP Solution LLP does not independently verify, audit, endorse, guarantee, or take ownership of any products, services, properties, vehicles, businesses, or claims listed on the Platform.
* No Direct Sales/Transactions: RP Solution LLP is not a party to any contract, negotiation, sale, delivery, payment, or agreement entered into between Users on or off the Platform.
* Due Diligence Notice: Users are strongly advised to perform their own independent due diligence, physical verification, legal checks, and risk assessments before making payments, entering contracts, or sharing sensitive details with any third party discovered via Reel Bharat.
7.1 Safe Harbour Protection
RP Solution LLP claims full safe harbour protection as an Intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
7.2 Absence of Active Role
RP Solution LLP does not:
* Initiate the transmission of User content.
* Select the receiver of the transmission (except through automated algorithmic matching).
* Select or modify the information contained in the transmission, except for technical formatting.
7.3 Grievance and Takedown
Upon receiving actual knowledge or court/government orders regarding unlawful content hosted on the App, RP Solution LLP will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to such material in accordance with applicable laws.
When using Reel Bharat, You explicitly agree and covenant that You will:
* Provide truthful, accurate, and updated personal and business details.
* Possess all necessary titles, rights, licences, permits, and consents to publish the uploaded content.
* Comply with all local, state, national, and international laws, including consumer protection, tax, and intellectual property laws.
* Maintain the confidentiality of Your account credentials and assume sole responsibility for all activities conducted under Your account.
You agree NOT to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any information or content on Reel Bharat that:
* Belongs to another person and to which You do not have any right.
* Is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially/ethnically objectionable.
* Promotes illegal gambling, betting, unauthorized financial schemes, or multi-level marketing (MLM) scams.
* Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary rights.
* Violates any law for the time being in force in India or elsewhere.
* Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly communicates any misinformation.
* Impersonates another person or entity.
* Contains software viruses, malware, trojan horses, or any code designed to disrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource.
* Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order.
RP Solution LLP uses collected information for the following specific commercial and legal purposes:
* Service Provisioning: To create accounts, operate features, facilitate communications, and enable marketplace interactions.
* Transaction Facilitation: To process subscription plans, promotional boosts, ad purchases, and campaign upgrades.
* Personalization & Algorithmic Matching: To recommend relevant short videos, local products, and targeted advertisements.
* Customer Support: To address enquiries, technical bugs, and platform disputes.
* Platform Security: To monitor suspicious traffic, prevent fraud, detect fake listings, and enforce Our Terms of Service.

* Opt-Out Controls: You can reset Your device Advertising ID (GAID) or adjust personalized ad preferences through Your device's operating system settings.
Mobile applications do not use standard browser cookies in the traditional sense; however, Reel Bharat uses equivalent tracking technologies:
* Software Development Kits (SDKs): Integrated third-party SDKs (e.g., Firebase, crash analytics) to collect device information and performance data.
* Local Storage: Caching data locally on Your device to speed up app performance and store user preferences.

Disclaimer: While We strive to maintain robust security protocols, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. RP Solution LLP cannot guarantee absolute data security against deliberate, illegal cyberattacks or unauthorized breaches beyond reasonable commercial control.
* We retain Your Personal Information for as long as Your account remains active or as needed to provide services on Reel Bharat.
* Upon account termination or written deletion request, We will delete or anonymize Your personal data within reasonable timeframes, except where retention is legally required for compliance with tax, legal, regulatory, dispute resolution, or anti-fraud obligations under Indian law.
In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and Indian data protection framework, You have full control over Your data:
17.1 How to Delete Your Account
You can request account and data deletion through either of the following methods:
* In-App: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the Reel Bharat App.
* Email Request: Send an explicit deletion request from Your registered email address to support@reelbharat.com.
17.2 Consequence of Deletion
Upon account deletion, Your profile, uploaded videos, and active listings will be removed from public view. Certain residual data (e.g., historical billing records or fraud prevention logs) may be retained as mandated by applicable legal frameworks.
* Reel Bharat is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction).
* We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or process personal data from children under the age of 18 without verifiable parental/legal guardian consent.
* If We discover that a child under 18 has submitted personal data without authorization, We will take immediate steps to delete such information and terminate the account.
Reel Bharat may contain links, banners, or embeds directing You to third-party websites, external marketplaces, or communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp, phone calls, external websites). RP Solution LLP has no control over, and accepts no responsibility or liability for, the privacy practices, content, safety, or policies of third-party external services. Users visit and interact with external links entirely at their own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, RP Solution LLP, its partners, designated officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for:
* Any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, consequential, or exemplary damages whatsoever.
* Any loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or commercial reputation.
* Any transaction, arrangement, contract, fraud, or dispute occurring between Users (buyers, sellers, service providers, or advertisers) on or off the App.
* Technical glitches, platform interruptions, server downtimes, or loss of content beyond reasonable operational control.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RP Solution LLP, its partners, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, legal fees, or demands arising out of or related to:
* Your access to, or use of, Reel Bharat.
* User Generated Content uploaded, posted, or transmitted by You.
* Your breach or violation of this Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, or any applicable Indian law.
* Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, legal action, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Policy or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts located at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
